About The Harvard Club of San Francisco

The Club

The Harvard Club of San Francisco is a non-profit organization of alumni founded in 1874. Our members share common goals, including the creation of a rich variety of activities and service opportunities for alumni, assistance to the University in the recruiting and interviewing of local students as prospective alumni, and, our goal to communicate our commitment to our member and non-member Harvard community in California.

We invite you to join one of the most dynamic and diverse alumni organizations in the world!

The Harvard Club of San Francisco offers a wide variety of activities designed to capture your interest and contribute to the
community. Our programs include community service of all kinds, regular socializing and networking, academic lectures, cultural events, and opportunities to discover the greater San Francisco area.

Membership Eligibility

• Anyone who has been connected for at least one academic year with any school of Harvard University – including the Business School, College, Divinity School, Extension School, Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, Graduate School of Design, Graduate School of Education, Kennedy School, Law School, Medical School, Radcliffe Institute, School of Dental Medicine, School of Engineering & Applied Sciences, and School of Public Health – as a student or instructor is eligible for membership in the Harvard Club of San Francisco.
• Parents of undergraduates are encouraged to join the HCSF both during and after their child’s enrollment.
